Nepal Bank has made public loan schemes at new interest rates.
The bank has introduced the lowest interest rate home loan scheme at 7.99 percent for a period of five years.
The bank has informed that this type of loan has been provided for house construction, house purchase and floor addition as well as there is a facility to swap home loan in other banks.
The bank has also introduced new micro enterprise loans, prosperity business loans and Ghaderi loan schemes.
The annual interest rate of micro enterprise loan and prosperous business loan is 8.99 percent.
2.5 million to 9.9 million micro-enterprises will be found for the operation and expansion of industries or trades / businesses that have been registered with the concerned bodies and are operating regularly or are in the process of new operations.
Prosperous business loans of Rs. 10 million to 30 million will be available for current and fixed capital management.
The bank has also introduced Ghaderi loans targeting consumers who buy Ghaderi and build houses, with an annual interest rate of 9.99 percent. The bank has informed that the loan has been started to meet the basic needs of the customers by purchasing land and swapping the same type of loan invested by other banks and financial institutions.
Ghaderi land should have an area of at least two and a half annas or a maximum of one ropani or one and a half kattha. The term of this loan is from 5 years to 20 years.
It is providing banking services through 186 branches, 125 ATMs and 29 extension counters.
