The government has appointed Upendra Kumar Koirala as the board of director of Rastriya Banijya Bank.

Koirala has been appointed as the director of the bank by the ministerial decision of the government of Nepal on Monday.

The government has appointed Nirmala Hari Adhikari, who is the chairman of the bank, to the Board of Revenue.

There is an arrangement to select the chairman of the national bank by the decision of the board of directors. A meeting of the board of directors to be held on Wednesday will elect Koirala as the chairman, bank sources said.

Among the directors of the bank are Dhaniram Sharma, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Janak Kumar Baral, Pvt. Dr. Rajan Bahadur Poudel, Romila Dhakal Upreti and Pvt. Dr. There is Madhav Prasad Dahal.
