NRB's action: Force merger process to Banks and Finance

Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank has started the process of force merger. Through the monetary policy of the current fiscal year, the central bank has mentioned that it will direct the banks and financial institutions owned by one family to go for merger.

The letter states that the central bank has instructed to send it to banks and finance companies
