Kathmandu. The founder shares of Sunrise Capital, owned by Rastriya Banijya Bank, have been open for auction since September 20. 4 lakh 28 thousand 580 founder shares of the company are going to be sold in the auction.

The company said that only founding shareholders, organizations, banks and financial institutions can participate in the bidding process.

Investors will be able to apply for the shares till September 8. When applying for share purchase, one has to apply for 4 lakh 28 thousand 580 lots.

The minimum price per share is Rs. As 205.82 has been prescribed, the application submitted with a price less than the said value will not be included in the bidding evaluation. The sales manager is RBB Merchant Banking Limited.
