The share price of the hydropower company has risen by 300 points in a month, the share price will continue to rise

Kathmandu. At present, the government has been giving priority to the hydropower sector. Banks and financial institutions have also been able to invest at cheaper interest rates and share investors have also been able to invest at cheaper interest rates. The government has committed to provide concession to the hydropower project, i.e. a package of Rs 5 million. Which some have already received. As a result, investors are reluctant to invest in hydropower stocks.

Investors are now increasingly attracted to the shares of the hydropower company, which was well below the face value two months ago.

Investors have turned to the hydropower company after the market continued to rise and share prices of other groups rose. Until a month ago, the share price of some companies was much less than Rs 100. The sub-index, which stood at 1,076.48 points on September 6, has increased by 295 points and reached 1,371.30 points on October 6. Even those with higher prices are comparatively lower than other group companies. This is the reason why the attraction of investors has increased in the hydropower sector.

Till two months ago, the share price of 18 of the companies listed in the secondary market had fallen far below the face value. However, now the share prices of all the companies have risen to over Rs 100.

One month ago, the share prices of 11 companies were much lower. Currently, the share price of all these companies is above 100.

Investors have started buying shares of the hydropower company after they started getting shares in the secondary market below the face value.

At present, the share prices of 14 companies are above Rs 200 and the shares of the remaining companies are above Rs 100. Of which, shares of Chilime Hydropower Company are being traded at a price of over Rs 500. Similarly, 413 shares of Butwal Power Company and 319 shares of Sanimamai Hydropower Company are being traded.
