Kathmandu,  An agreement has been reached between Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited and National Banking Institute Limited to conduct banking training. The agreement was signed by Kiran Kumar Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and Kumar Lamsal, Chief Executive Officer of the National Banking Institute on Wednesday. As per the agreement, the National Banking Institute will provide regular banking training in various subjects for the enhancement of the efficiency of the employees of Rastriya Banijya Bank in the current Fiscal Year 2077/78 as in the previous year.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, Shrestha, said that the bank was imparting training to its employees on a regular basis to achieve its objectives, adding that the training would enhance the efficiency of both the trainees and the organization. Chief Executive Officer of the Institute, Lamsal, said that Rastriya Banijya Bank has been imparting training to the employees in the banking sector with priority.

At present, the bank is providing services through 241 branch offices, 205 ATMs and 93 branchless banking in 77 districts of all seven states.
