Shivam Cement is going to distribute 24.21 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year 2076/077.

A meeting of the company's board of directors held yesterday proposed to distribute the cash dividend. This proposal will be submitted to the next general meeting after the approval of the regulatory body. The shareholders will get it only after it is passed by the meeting.

The company had paid Rs. 78 percent cash dividend was distributed.
