Kathmandu. Citizens Bank International Limited has announced to pay 11 percent dividend to the shareholders. The Bank has announced to pay dividend to the shareholders from the profits of the Fiscal Year 2076/77.

 The bank has stated that it will pay 11 percent dividend to the shareholders from the last fiscal year's profit. A meeting of the 345th Board of Directors held on Monday proposed to distribute 7.70 percent bonus share of the paid-up capital and 3.30 percent cash dividend including tax, the bank said.

Citizens Bank International Limited operates 111 branches and 99 ATMs across the country. And from 104 branchless banking units, it has been providing modern banking services to about 6.5 lakh customers.
