Kathmandu: Citizens Bank has revised the bonus and cash dividend ratio. The board of directors meeting held on Wednesday changed the previously announced bonus and cash dividend rates. As per Wednesday's decision, shareholders will now receive a total dividend of 11% with 8% bonus shares and 3% cash.

 Earlier, the bank had announced to pay 7.70% bonus share and 3.30% cash and a total dividend of 11%. Although the total dividend remains the same, the bonus and cash rate have been revised. Citizens have stated that the dividend has been amended in accordance with the rules of procedure related to the annual general meeting of banks and financial institutions of NRB and publication of financial statements.
