Kathmandu. Nepal Infrastructure Bank has earned a net profit of Rs. 181 million in the first quarter of the current fiscal year. Profit decreased by 12.39 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
The bank's net interest income and operating profit also declined. Net interest income declined by 9.24 percent to Rs 283.5 million and operating profit also declined by 11.89 percent to Rs 257.6 million.
Similarly, the reserve fund of the bank has increased by 82.44 percent. The reserve fund is Rs. 1.81 billion.
