Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has declared a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 357th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 19 has proposed 12% bonus shares and 3% cash dividend worth Rs 29.36 crore (including cash for tax purpose) for the fiscal year 2076/77. For the fiscal year before this (i.e. 2075/76), the company distributed 10% bonus shares and 15.26% cash dividend.
