Himalayan and NIC Asia Bank highest Dividend of 2076/077
Kathmandu. Fifteen commercial banks of Nepal have declared dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. Banks that have declared dividends ranging from 8 percent to 20 percent. Even in the dividend declaration made by the banks, the cash dividend has been very low. Banks have announced small cash dividends ranging from 0.52 percent to 6 percent.
The highest dividends will be distributed by NIC Asia and Himalaya Bank. Both the banks have proposed to distribute 20 percent dividend. Himalaya Bank will pay 6 percent cash dividend from last year's transaction while NIC Bank will pay only 1 percent cash dividend.
Global IME Bank and Bank of Kathmandu will pay 16 percent dividend. Bank of Kathmandu will pay 3 percent cash dividend and Global IME will pay 2 percent cash dividend. Similarly, Siddhartha Bank is going to declare 15 percent dividend. The bank has decided to pay 3 percent cash dividend. Everest Bank will pay a cash dividend of 5.53 percent. Standard Chartered has a cash dividend of 4.84 percent.
Sunrise Bank has announced a cash dividend of 3.6 percent, Sanima Bank 3.6 percent, Nepal SBI Bank 3.47 percent, Machhapuchhre Bank 3.37 percent and Kumari Bank 3.15
