16 microfinance companies declare dividends, See the Full information

As End of Mansir 2077, 16 microfinance companies have declared dividends to be distributed to shareholders from the last fiscal year 2076/77. Another 33 microfinance companies have yet to declare dividends. The microfinance companies that have declared dividends are preparing to pay dividends ranging from 30 percent to 12.63 percent.

Among the microfinance companies that have declared dividends, Womi Microfinance has decided to pay the highest dividend. The company has announced to give 30 percent bonus shares. The company has decided not to pay cash dividend this year even though it has paid more dividend.

This year, the neighboring microfinance company has become the second company to give more profit. Out of the total 29 percent dividend announced by the company, 7 percent cash dividend will be paid along with 22 percent bonus shares. Global IME Microfinance, which is ranked third, has announced a dividend of 28.92 percent. Of that dividend, 27.47 percent is bonus shares and 1.45 percent is cash. The company has given cash only for tax purposes.

Similarly, Samata Microfinance has declared a dividend of 26.32 percent. Of which 20 percent bonus share is 6.32 percent cash dividend. The 26.32 per cent dividend announced by Small Farmer Microfinance to the rich includes 25 per cent bonus and 1.32 per cent cash.

Of the 20.53 per cent dividend declared by Sparsh Microfinance Institution, 19.50 per cent is bonus shares and 1.03 per cent is cash dividend. The company has announced to pay cash dividend only for tax purposes. Of the 20 per cent dividend prepared by RMDC Microfinance, 15 per cent will be bonus shares and 5 per cent cash dividend.

Similarly, NMB Microfinance and Sadhana MFI have declared 20/20 percent dividend, of which 19 percent is bonus share and 1 percent is cash. My Microfinance will pay 17.83 percent, Asha Microfinance 15.79 percent, Infinity Microfinance 15 percent, Self-Employed Microfinance 13.97 percent, First Microfinance 13.68 percent and Mirmire Microfinance 12.63 percent. Apart from First Microfinance, these microfinance companies have declared cash dividends for tax purposes only.

First Microfinance and RMDC Microfinance have convened a general meeting. Samata Microfinance, which is in the process of merger, has called for the cancellation of share filing on January 19 and the seventh annual general meeting on January 30. Although other microfinance institutions have declared dividends, no book-closing date has been fixed.
