Kathmandu, 20 Dec 2020, Nepal Investment Bank has proposed 18.50 percent dividend to shareholders. A meeting of the bank's board of directors on Sunday proposed a 13 percent bonus share and a 5.50 percent cash dividend, including for tax purposes.
The company has proposed to distribute a total of 18.50 percent dividend on the basis of the existing paid-up capital of Rs 14.24 billion.
The proposed dividend will be distributed after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next general meeting of the bank.
