Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance is going to pay 51 percent dividend to the shareholders. A meeting of the 311th Board of Directors of the company on Tuesday decided to give 31 percent bonus share and 20 percent cash dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2075/76.

At present, the paid up capital of Nepal Life is Rs. 5.49 billion. After the distribution of bonus shares, the company's paid-up capital will reach Rs 7.19 billion. After the approval of the Insurance Committee and the approval of the general meeting, the investors will get the same amount of dividend.
