Kathmandu. Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited has convened its third annual general meeting on March 20 with a proposal to issue an IPO.

The meeting will discuss and pass the annual report of the Fiscal Year 2075/76 including the IPO proposal. Similarly, the balance sheet of the Fiscal Year 2075/76 will be discussed and passed.

The meeting will also pass a resolution to re-appoint the current auditor Devaki Bijay & Co., Chartered Accountants as the auditor of the company for the fiscal year 2076/77.
