Kathmandu. Molung Hydropower Company Limited has appointed Sunrise Capital Limited as the manager of issuance and sale of ordinary shares (IPO). The company reached an agreement with Sunrise Capital on Tuesday to issue and sell an IPO.

The company is going to sell 35 lakh 31 thousand shares worth Rs 100 to the public. In which 8 lakh 2 thousand 5 hundred shares have been allotted for the residents of Okhaldhunga project affected area.

An agreement has been signed between Managing Director Amrit Kumar Maharjan on behalf of the company and Chief Executive Officer Bijay Lal Shrestha on behalf of Sunrise Capital Limited.
