Kathmandu. Singti Hydro Energy Limited is going to issue ordinary shares (IEPO) from April 20. The company is about to issue 26.97 million IPOs worth Rs. 269.7 million.

Out of the total shares to be issued, 5 percent or 154,000 shares have been distributed for collective investment funds and 2 percent or 58,000 shares have been distributed to employees. The remaining 2.69 million shares will be distributed to the public.

The IPO of the company will be opened from March 22 and will be closed on March 26 at the earliest and on March 30 at the latest. Investors will be able to apply for a minimum of 10 lots to 200,000 lots. The issue and sale manager of the company is Mega Capital Limited.
