Reliance Finance Company Limited has declared a dividend of 10.53 percent. The company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 10.53 percent to the shareholders of the company from the profits of the last fiscal year 2076/77 by giving 10 percent bonus share and 0.53 percent cash for tax purposes.

Similarly, dividend will be distributed to the investors after the approval from NRB and the upcoming general meeting.
