Kathmandu. Ajod Insurance Limited has postponed the proposal to issue 50 percent of its shares. The company has postponed the proposal of right share issue for the next general meeting as per the directive of the Insurance Committee.
A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on March 29 had decided to hold a general meeting with a proposal to issue 50 percent of the shares on the basis of the existing paid-up capital.
The information issued by the company to Nepse states that the Insurance Committee has instructed the company to postpone the issue of right share issue on March 7. An emergency meeting of the company's board of directors held on April 9 has decided to postpone the proposal for capital increase and issuance of rights shares for the time being.
