Kathmandu. Radhi Power Company has proposed 36.50 percent dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on May 22 has proposed to distribute 36.50 percent of the company's paid-up capital from the accumulated profits of the last fiscal year 076/77.

Currently, the company's paid-up capital is Rs. 473.55 million. The company has decided to distribute the bonus shares in addition to tax on the basis of the same capital. The dividend will be distributed after the company's 15th annual general meeting approves it.
