Kathmandu. Daily infections and deaths from the corona virus have been declining for some time. At the same time, the number of people recovering is increasing. In the last 24 hours, 7,368 infected people have been added across the country on Sunday. A total of 145 people have died in the same period. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 6,648 people have been cured.

Earlier, corona was confirmed in 8,167 people on Saturday. One hundred and eighty-seven people were killed. 5,455 people were cured. According to the ministry, the number of active infected people has reached 110,263 as of Sunday. The death toll has reached 5,001. 3 lakh 39 thousand 7 hundred 56 people have been cured.

Ministry spokesperson Dr. Jageshwar Gautam said that the number of infections and deaths has started decreasing due to the strictness of the ban. ‘Coronary infections and mortality rates are declining,’ said a spokesman. "Infections and deaths are declining due to the ban in urban areas," Gautam said.
