Radhi Power Company Limited (RADHI) is going to issue 147.52% rights shares. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on 16th of Jestha is going to issue 147.52% of the paid up capital equal to Rs. 646.44 million after distributing 36.5% bonus shares to its shareholders.

After the allotted shares, the paid up capital of Radhi Vidyut will reach Rs 1.59 billion.
