Kathmandu. Denmark have reached the semi-finals of the Euro Cup after 29 years. Denmark beat Czech Republic 2-1 in the quarterfinals of Euro Cup 2020 on Saturday night to make it to the last four.

Thomas Dillane and Caspar Dalberg scored for Denmark in the first half at the Baku Stadium in Azerbaijan. Patrick Sick returned a goal for the Czechs.

Thomas Delaney scored in the fifth minute of the game to give Denmark the lead. Delaney scored on an unmarked penalty from Jens Streier Larsen's corner kick.

Caspar Dalberg doubled Denmark's lead in the 42nd minute. Dolberg scored on Yoki Mahle's pass. This is Dalburg's third goal in the ongoing Euro Cup.

Denmark reached the semifinals for the first time since winning the title in 1992. Denmark will now play England to reach the final. England also entered the semifinals by defeating Ukraine on Saturday night.
