Kathmandu. The full bench is scheduled to hear the case after the judges failed to agree on the writ petition between the Social Security Fund and the bank employees. Employees of banks and financial institutions had filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court alleging that the services provided to them by the employees of banks and financial sector have been reduced due to the Fund Act.

On Sunday, Judge Tej Bahadur KC was in favor of issuing an interim order and Bam Kumar Shrestha was against it. Bank and financial sector employees and unions had filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court on June 6.
