Kathmandu: The government has appointed Mudh Kumar Marasini as Finance Secretary. A meeting of the cabinet held on July 28 gave the responsibility of finance secretary to Marasini in the office of the Comptroller and Auditor General. Similarly, the same meeting has decided to hand over the charge of the Prime Minister's Office to former Finance Secretary Shishir Dhungana. For the first time since the formation of the government led by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, the secretary has been reshuffled.
