3 billion IPO pipeline in Securities Board

Kathmandu. Ten companies have applied to the Nepal Securities Board (Cebon) for the issuance of initial public offering (IPO) this year. The companies have applied to the board for an IPO worth Rs 2.76 billion.

Hydropower and finance companies are among the companies that have applied for IPO between April 7 and July 30.

Reliable Life Insurance Company has the highest number of companies applying for IPO. The company has sought permission to issue 6 million shares with 112 premiums. Similarly, Molung Hydropower Company has offered shares in the second phase. The company has applied for a total of 3.5 million shares. Among the companies applying for IPO during the period were Nesdo Microfinance Institution, Jalpa Community Microfinance Institution, Rashtra Utthan Microfinance Institution and Upkar Microfinance Financial Institution. Are The other two companies are Reliable Life on the insurance side and Emerging Nepal Limited on the other.
