Kathmandu. Corona virus infection has been confirmed in 4904 people in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 19,123 people tested positive for 4,904 people. Thirty-five people have died due to the infection.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 795 cases of corona infection have been confirmed in Kathmandu, 297 in Jhapa, 294 in Kaski and 239 in Lalitpur. Similarly, 179 cases of corona have been reported in Chitwan, 164 in Morang, 152 in Bhaktapur, 139 in Sunsari, 138 in Kavrepalanchok and 100 in Nawalparasi East.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 71 cases of corona have been confirmed in Baglung, 57 in Nuwakot, 53 in Rupandehi, 48 in Dolakha, 41 in Gorkha, 35/35 in Makwanpur and Surkhet, 28 in Syangja, 24 in Kailali, 21 in Kanchanpur, 20 in Tanahu and 18 in Sindhupalchowk.

The total number of corona infections in Nepal has reached 720,680. At the same time, the death toll in Nepal has reached 10,150 and 673,198 people have been infected.

According to the ministry, there are currently 37,332 active infected people across the country. Out of which 33 thousand 985 are in home isolation and 3 thousand 347 are in institutional isolation. Of the corona patients, 761 are being treated in the ICU and 176 in the ventilator.

Similarly, corona infection has been confirmed in 103 children under the age of 10, while 241 corona infections in the age group of 11 to 20 years have been added.
