According to the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), bonus shares of 2 different companies, bonds of 3 and 2 companies and shares of one company after acquisition are listed in Nepse. After the bonuses and receipts of 3 different companies, 41 lakh 78 thousand 833,225 shares and 61 lakh 50 thousand bonds have been listed.

After Nepal Finance Company Limited acquired Lalitpur Finance Company Limited on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), 1,879,452 shares have been listed in the name of Nepal Finance. Similarly, 1,728,481,225 shares of Radhi Power Company Limited have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) for 36.5 percent bonus. Similarly, 570,900 shares of Lumbini General Insurance Company Limited have been listed for 5 percent bonus.

Similarly, 2.65 million bonds of Prabhu Bank Debenture 2087 of Prabhu Bank Limited have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange. Similarly, 1.5 million units of 4 percent NMB energy bonds and 2 million units of 8.50 percent NMB bonds of NMB Bank are listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange.
