Kathmandu. The premium of Rastriya Bima Sansthan can be done through digital payment. For digital payments, the corporation has entered into an agreement with Nepal Clearing House regarding digital payments through Connect IPS. As per the agreement, the insurance fee can now be paid through Connect IPS, said Kavi Prasad Pathak, administrator of the corporation.

An agreement was reached between Administrator Pathak and Chief Executive Officer of Clearing House Nilesh Man Singh Pradhan for launching digital payment service. In the past, the institute used to work based on DOS technology, but now it can work with digital technology. Keeping the date of birth and policy number of the person also provides security to the insured.
