Prabhu Bank to acquire Capital Merchant Banking

Kathmandu. Prabhu Bank has approved the proposal to acquire Capital Merchant Banking. The decision was taken at a meeting of the bank's board of directors. The meeting decided to approve a preliminary understanding in this regard.

Capital Merchant is a Class C financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. Who is currently doing financial transactions.
