Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited (NRIC) has revised the previously announced 16.50% bonus share and 3.50% cash dividend to 19%.

In reinsurance, the company will now distribute 16.50% bonus shares and 2.50% cash dividend of the paid-up capital.

The Board of Directors has been instructed to manage the income tax assets expenses from the letter of the Insurance Committee dated 15th August, 2078 and to submit the revised financial statement by calculating the income tax liability in the tax statement while distributing bonus shares according to the share premium.
