Kathmandu. Sanima Bank will distribute 17.89 percent dividend to investors. The dividend was proposed at a meeting of the bank's board of directors on September 20.

The bank has stated that it will distribute 17 percent bonus share and 0.89 percent cash dividend of the paid up capital from the profit of the last fiscal year 2077/78. The proposed dividend will be paid by the bank to the shareholders for cash dividend tax purposes.
