Kathmandu. NIBL S Capital's proposed 26 percent cash dividend has been passed. Capitol's ninth annual general meeting approved the dividend.

Along with this, the shareholders of Capital will get 26 percent cash dividend of the paid up capital from the profit of the Fiscal Year 2077/78.

In addition, the meeting has passed the report of the Board of Directors for the Fiscal Year 2077/78 and the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement ended on the same date.
