Kathmandu. Nepal Bangladesh Capital's proposed 19 percent cash dividend has been passed. The third annual general meeting of the organization has passed the resolution of the board of directors.
Along with this, the shareholders will get 19 percent cash dividend (including tax) of the paid up capital till mid-July 2078 BS. At present, the paid up capital of the organization is Rs. 200 million. The shareholders will get cash dividend of Rs 38 million at the rate of 19 percent.
The meeting reviewed the report of the Board of Directors for the Fiscal Year 2077/07, the report of the Auditor, the balance sheet of the year ended on 31st Ashad, 2078 BS, and the report of the Fiscal Year ending on the same date. Profit and loss account and cash flow statement of 2077/07 has been passed.
