Progressive Finance passed 6 percent dividend passed by 25 the AGM

Kathmandu. The 25th Annual General Meeting of Progressive Finance Limited concluded on Wednesday. The General Assembly has passed a resolution to distribute 6 percent bonus shares from the profits of the Fiscal Year 2077/78 and 0.3158 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

At the meeting, the chairman of the organization Kishore Kumar Maharjan presented the report on behalf of the board of directors and highlighted the programs and activities of the organization in the fiscal year 2077/78.

In addition, the General Assembly has passed the financial statements of the Fiscal Year 2077/78 including the details of the financial situation, profit / loss statement, cash flow statement, details related to the change in equity as well as the entire schedule. Also, the general meeting of the organization has decided to give the authority to the board of directors to complete the entire process if any suitable proposal is received from banks and financial institutions for merger and acquisition.

The financial institution is currently providing its services through 16 branch offices and five extension counters.
