Kathmandu. The fourteenth annual general meeting of Nepal Telecommunication Company has been concluded. The House has passed a resolution to distribute 40 percent dividend. A proposal has been passed to distribute a total of 40 percent dividend with 20 percent bonus share and 20 percent cash dividend (including tax). Similarly, the House has also passed a resolution to discuss and pass the annual report of the Fiscal Year 2077/78 and to appoint the auditor for the Fiscal Year 2078/79 and fix his remuneration.

The company had closed the book for the purpose of the general meeting from March 28 to March 30. For the same reason, the existing shareholders have received dividends till March 25.
