With the permission, Bank of Kathmandu will issue 11 lakh shares of bonds. Out of the total shares, the company will issue 440,000 shares to the general public, while the remaining 660,000 shares will be sold through private equity. The company has received permission to issue bonds for the next 7 years at an annual interest rate of 10.5 percent. The sales manager is Nabil Investment Banking Limited. Out of the total shares, the company will issue 1 million shares to the general public and the remaining 1.5 million shares will be sold privately.
