Of the 16 lakh 31 thousand 38 applications for the primary share issue of People's Power Limited, 1 thousand 608 were canceled due to duplicate applications and 3 thousand 504 were canceled due to other reasons, the remaining eligible applications are 15 lakh 51 thousand 413 Out of them, 22,94,680 shares have been allotted to 229,468 people with a minimum of 10 shares and 2 people have been allotted 1 share, totaling 22,94,682 shares.

Prabhu Capital Limited was the issuing and selling manager and the public issue was opened from Shravan 31st to Bhadra 05th of the total shares issued in the primary issue of People's Power Limited out of 24 lakh 67 thousand 400 shares, 1 lakh 23 thousand 370 equal to 5 percent to the collective investment fund. 49 thousand 348 shares equal to 5 percent have been allotted to employees and 22 lakh 94 thousand 682 shares have been issued to the general public. Allotment has been completed.
