Three companies  Bringing 2 billion IPO

Kathmandu. An initial public offering (IPO) worth more than two billion rupees will come to the market. Three different companies have started the process of issuing IPO worth 2 billion 117 million 75 thousand rupees.

Modi Energy, Sonapur Minerals and Oil and Menchium Hydropower are among those who are moving forward with the process of IPO issue. These three are going to issue 2 crore 11 lakh 77 thousand 750 shares with a face value of 100 rupees. These companies have started the process of issuing shares by submitting an application to the Nepal Securities Board.

Out of which Sonapur Minerals and Oil is bringing the most. The company under the manufacturing group is about to issue an IPO worth 1 billion 23 million rupees. NIBL S Capital is the manager of the issue and sale of shares.

Similarly, Modi Energy Power is issuing 7250,000 shares worth 725 million rupees. This company under Hydropower Group will issue and sell that amount of shares through Sunrise Capital.

Along with this, Menchium Hydro is also issuing 16 lakh 27 thousand 750 shares worth 16 crore 27 lakh 75 thousand rupees. After getting the approval of the board, the company will issue that amount of shares through the share issue and sales manager NIC Asia Capital.
