Kathmandu. Banks and financial institutions are announcing dividends in a hurry. Financial companies have announced the distribution of dividends to their shareholders from the profits of the last financial year 2078/79.

So far, most of the banks have declared dividends and distributed them to the shareholders. Some have called for a general meeting to pass. However, many microfinance financial companies are yet to declare dividends.

So far, more than 2 dorzen microfinance institutions have announced to give returns to their shareholders from last year's profits. So far, 7 microfinance institutions have completed their annual general meeting and 3 microfinance institutions have called. In which 15 microfinance institutions have not yet convened their annual general meeting.

So far, 25 microfinance institutions have declared dividends.

Nirdhan Utthan Lagufitta Financial Institution is going to distribute 439 million rupees 5000 rupees by making 19 percent bonus shares and 1 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Mahila Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited has decided to give a total of 50% dividend in the form of 47.5% bonus and 2.5% cash (for tax purposes).

Diprox Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has decided to give 10% bonus and 11.05632% cash (tax purpose) as a total dividend of 21.052632%.

Mahuli Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited has decided to give a total of 25% dividend with 20% bonus and 5% cash (for tax purposes).

Swarojgar Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited has decided to distribute 22 percent bonus and 1.1579 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Chhimek Laguvitt Financial Institution Limited has decided to distribute 22 percent bonus and 3.26 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Swavalamban Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited has decided to distribute 15 percent bonus and 6.05 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

NMB Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has decided to distribute 10 percent bonus and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Mithila Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited has decided to give 15 percent bonus and 0.789473681 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Infinity Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has decided to give 20 percent bonus.

Naya Sarathi Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited has decided to give 19 percent bonus and 1 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Surport Microfinance Financial Institution is going to give 11 percent bonus shares and 0.57894737 percent dividend for tax purposes.

Jalpa Community Microfinance Financial Institution is going to give 73 percent bonus shares and 3.8421 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

RMDC Microfinance Institution Limited has decided to distribute 26 percent bonus and 1.3684 percent cash dividend in total of 27.3684 percent dividend.

Sana Kisan Bikas Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited has decided to give 26 percent bonus and 1.3684 percent cash dividend in total of 27.3684 percent dividend.

Microfinance convened general meeting

Nerude microfinance financial institution is going to distribute 23.1579 percent dividend by 22 percent bonus shares and 1.1579 percent in cash for tax purposes. The company has called the annual general meeting on January 28 to pass the proposal. The company is closing the book on January 17.

Andhikhola Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited has decided to give a total of 31.58 percent dividend with 30 percent bonus and 1.58 percent cash (tax purpose). The annual general meeting of the company has been called for January 13th. The company is closing the book on January 3rd for the purpose of the general meeting.
