25 microfinances declare dividend and 7 microfinances AGM completed

Kathmandu. Banks and financial institutions are announcing dividends in a hurry. Financial companies have announced the distribution of dividends to their shareholders from the profits of the last financial year 2078/79.

So far, most of the banks have declared dividends and distributed them to the shareholders. Some have called for a general meeting to pass. However, many microfinance financial companies are yet to declare dividends.

So far, more than 2 dorzen microfinance institutions have announced to give returns to their shareholders from last year's profits. So far, 7 microfinance institutions have completed their annual general meeting and 3 microfinance institutions have called. In which 15 microfinance institutions have not yet convened their annual general meeting.

So far, 25 microfinance institutions have declared dividends.

Nirdhan Utthan Lagufitta Financial Institution is going to distribute 439 million rupees 5000 rupees by making 19 percent bonus shares and 1 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Mahila Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited has decided to give a total of 50% dividend in the form of 47.5% bonus and 2.5% cash (for tax purposes).

Jalpa Community Microfinance Financial Institution is going to give 73 percent bonus shares and 3.8421 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

RMDC Microfinance Institution Limited has decided to distribute 26 percent bonus and 1.3684 percent cash dividend in total of 27.3684 percent dividend.

Sana Kisan Bikas Laguvitta Financial Sanstha Limited has decided to give 26 percent bonus and 1.3684 percent cash dividend in total of 27.3684 percent dividend.
