Kathmandu. Mahalakshmi Bikas Bank has received BFIN L and D Excellence Award, 2023. Mahalaxmi Development Bank received the award given by Banking Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal (BFIN). The bank has been honored with the VAIN L&D Excellence Award, 2023 for providing the best quality and highest number of training to the employees.

The bank received the award under the Gold category. The award was given to the bank at the 'Leader for the Next Generation: Accept the Unexpected' conference held at Aloft Hotel in Kathmandu on Monday, 29th July. Chairman of Nepal Insurance Authority Surya Prasad Shilwal handed over the award to Vishalraj Karki, Head of Human Resource Department of the bank.
