Kathmandu, 24 January. Dipesh Lamsal has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Mahalaxmi Development Bank. According to the decision of the Board of Directors held on January 23, the bank has appointed Dipesh Lamsal as the Chief Executive Officer for the currently vacant position.

Lamsal, who was the senior deputy chief executive officer of the bank, was in the role of acting chief executive officer after the resignation of the then chief executive officer as per the decision of the board of directors. Lamsal, who has been working in Mahalakshmi Bikas Bank for the past 15 years, has about 28 years of banking experience in various commercial banks and development banks.

On behalf of the bank family, a welcome program was held at the central office, Darbarmarg. In that event, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer Lamsal pledged to always be ready to provide quality service while maintaining public trust and loyalty towards the bank. He also asked all the employees to work hard to achieve the goals and objectives of the bank.
