Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has issued an order to grant affiliation to B&C Medical College in Jhapa. The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Durga Prasai in the case filed with the demand to run a medical college in B&C.

After the Medical Education Commission did not recognize B&C College as a medical college, Prasai filed a writ against the Commission on 21 June 2077 and 30 October 2077 on behalf of the college. Judges Dr. The joint bench of Kumar Chudal and Saranga Subedi has issued an order to give affiliation to B&C Medical College if the process is completed.
