Kathmandu. Ridi Hydropower Development Company Limited will distribute 12.6 percent cash dividend including tax this year. The meeting of the board of directors of the company on October 29 decided to distribute the dividend on the basis of the existing paid-up capital from the profits of the last fiscal year 077/78.

At present, the company's working capital is 585.55 million. The company has decided to distribute the cash dividend on the basis of the same capital after it is passed by the next annual general meeting.

The company has convened its 20th annual general meeting on November 29 to pass various other proposals including dividend proposal. The company is preparing to conduct the meeting through virtual medium.
