Kathmandu. Prabhu Capital has held its 13th annual general meeting. The general meeting held at Hotel Eloft at the Shadow Center Thamel today decided to pass the proposal of 17.61 percent cash dividend and 22.3885 percent bonus share with a total dividend of 40 percent.

At the same time, Prabhu Capital has become the first company with a paid-up capital of Rs 1 billion to obtain merchant banking from the Nepal Securities Board. Under Merchant Banking, Prabhu Capital has been providing services of share registrar, issuance and sale manager, guarantor as well as DP member, collective investment fund manager, investment management.
