Kathmandu, Pokhara Finance Pokhara Finance Limited has declared a dividend. A meeting of the company's board of directors held on Thursday has proposed to distribute dividend from the profits of the fiscal year 77/78.

Accordingly, the company has proposed to distribute a total dividend of 8.5 per cent of the existing paid-up capital, including bonus shares and 0.425 per cent cash dividend for tax purposes. The current paid up capital of the company is Rs. 96,31,45,790 (literally Rs. Only Rs. 23 (bonus shares) and the amount of Rs. Percentage dividend is proposed to be distributed.
