Kathmandu. Nepal Telecom has announced to distribute dividends to shareholders. The meeting of the board of directors held on January 5 of the company proposed to distribute 40 percent dividend from last year's profit. The company has proposed to distribute 40 percent of the current paid-up capital to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year 2079/80.
The dividend proposed by the company will be distributed to the shareholders after it is approved by the Ministry of Finance and passed by the upcoming 16th Annual General Meeting.
