Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding listing of bonus shares of two companies, Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (KMFL) and Civil bank Limited (CBL).

As per the notice published, 139,345 Units Bonus Share of Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been listed on the stock exchange. The company had distributed 29% bonus shares and 1.53% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.

Similarly, 7,440,793.12 Units Bonus Share of Civil Bank Limited has been listed on the stock exchange. CBL had distributed 10.25% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 73/74 for the shareholders.

A total of 7,580,138.12 units of shares have been made tradeable.
