21 Development Bank's profit increased by 10.39 percent

In the third quarter of the current fiscal year, the profit of 21 development banks has increased by an average of 10.39 percent. The profit growth rate of development banks is 2.36 percent higher than that of commercial banks.

In the third quarter, 21 development banks have earned a total profit of Rs 4.55 billion. The profit was Rs. 4.12 billion in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Garima and Lumbini Development Bank are the second and third most profitable banks. In the third quarter of the current fiscal year, the profit of 7 out of 21 banks has decreased while the profit of the rest has increased.

Profits of Corporate Development Bank, Dev Vikas Bank, Excel Development Bank, Gandaki Vikas Bank, Sahara Vikas Bank, Sindhu Vikas Bank and Sangrila Development Bank declined.
